- Go to Products in your Shopify admin
- Click the name of the product
- In the Theme template section, click the drop-down menu
- Select the not-for-sale template
- Click Save

Refund Policies
At Collection By Fatima, every item is made-to-order and tailored to your unique preferences. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the customization process has begun.
No Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Not provide refunds under any circumstances, except where legally required.
Customization Adjustments (If There’s a Defect on Our Part)
We are committed to delivering products that meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of order. If you receive an item that has a clear defect or differs significantly from your confirmed customization details, we offer free adjustments under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Adjustments:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
- You must provide proof of purchase and clear images of the defect.
- Adjustments will only be offered if the defect or issue is from our side.
- Adjustments are subject to feasibility and may take additional time.
