      Absolutely! All our pieces are made-to-order, and we offer customization in sizes and create articles to specific measurements. However, color customization is limited to luxury pret and a select few pret articles and is not available for all items.

Q:How long does it take to receive a custom order?
        Since our items are made-to-order, production typically takes 12-14 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, shipping will take an additional 1-2 days.

Q: Can I track the progress of my order?
      Definitely! We’ll keep you updated at every stage of the process, from production to delivery.

Q: What if I’m not happy with my order?
      Since our products are fully customized and made just for you, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work closely with you during the customization process to ensure everything is perfect.

         Yes! If your order is still in production, you can request changes by contacting us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
