Orders are processed within 2 weeks after we receive confirmation from the buyer, which requires a 50% advance payment . Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
We offer the following shipping rates and delivery times:

Within City (1-2 Business Days): PKR 120
Within Same Zone (Province - 2-3 Business Days): PKR 200
Zone to Zone (Outside Province - 3-4 Business Days): PKR 250

Note: These delivery times apply after your order is processed and ready for shipping.

3. Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over PKR 20,000 within Pakistan. No promo code required—the discount will automatically apply at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

* An incorrect address,
* Refusal at delivery,
We’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify our customer service team within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.
